Consultation: Issues Paper on Conduct of Business Risk and its Management - Publication of Comments

In July the Draft Issues Paper on Conduct of Business Risk and its Management was put out for public consultation.*

Thank you to those who provided input to the consultation. Comments received can be found in the report below. Comments requested to be confidential do not appear in this report.

*The Consultation Tool is closed, it is not possible to submit any more comments.

The Market Conduct Working Group (MCWG) is presently reviewing the comments received and will propose resolutions, where necessary, for amendments to the paper. The MCWG will present a summary of the comments and the proposed resolutions in the next meeting of the Technical Committee.

A public discussion of the comments and proposed resolutions will be organized in early October. Further details of this stakeholder session will be provided in due course.
